1. Who controls your data

TRENDE LLC is the controller of the personal data described in this Policy when it determines the purposes and means of processing. This Policy applies to the Trendee website, application, integrations and related services (the “Service”).

By using the Service or providing information to us, you acknowledge this Policy. Where applicable law requires consent, we will ask for it separately and you may withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

2. Data we process

Depending on how you use Trendee, we may process:

• Account and contact data: name, email address, phone number, account identifier, login method and account settings;
• Billing data: plan, transaction reference, payment status and billing history. Payment-card information is processed by the payment provider and is not intentionally stored by Trendee unless required for a specific payment function;
• Service and content data: prompts, links, requests, files or other materials you choose to submit, generated outputs, saved items and account activity;
• Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser information, operating system, language, log data, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, feature usage and approximate session timing;
• Support and communications data: messages and information you send to us when requesting support or communicating with us; and
• Third-party integration data: information we receive when you connect or use a third-party service, but only to the extent made available through that integration and permitted by its settings and policies.

Please do not submit sensitive personal data unless it is necessary and you have a lawful basis to do so. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit any personal data, links or materials belonging to another person.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

We process personal data to provide, secure, maintain and improve the Service; create and manage accounts; process payments and subscriptions; provide support; communicate service notices; prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents; comply with legal obligations; and analyse how the Service is used.

Where required by applicable law, we rely on one or more appropriate legal grounds, including performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Service, compliance with legal obligations and your consent. We use marketing communications only where permitted by law and give you a way to opt out.

4. Sharing and international transfers

We may share personal data with trusted service providers that help us operate the Service, such as hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, customer-support, payment, communications and AI technology providers. They may process data only on our instructions or for their own independently disclosed purposes where they act as a separate controller.

We may also disclose data where required to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect the rights, safety or security of Trendee, our users or others, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, financing or sale of assets.

Our providers may process data in countries other than the one in which you live. When cross-border processing occurs, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, protect the Service, measure performance and understand usage. Some technologies are essential; others may be optional depending on your location and the feature used.

7. Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal data; ask us to restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; close your account; and opt out of marketing communications. You may also have the right to complain to a competent data-protection authority.

To make a request, email k@mail.uz from the address connected to your account and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information where necessary to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or prevent fraud.

8. YouTube and third-party integrations

You can revoke Trendee’s access to data associated with your Google account through your Google security settings or by contacting us. We use integration data only to provide and improve the relevant Service functionality and retain it only as needed for those purposes and applicable requirements.

9. Children, changes and contact details

The Service is not intended for children who cannot lawfully enter into these Terms. If you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate authorisation, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to address the request.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, the Service or applicable law. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
